Job Description

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Warehouse Manager ensures efficient operation of both warehouse locations by managing inventory movements, coordinating outbound shipments, maintaining warehouse equipment, and supporting all logistics functions. This role requires strong organizational skills, hands-on involvement, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced production and distribution environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES

Inventory and Space management

• Responsible for conducting weekly inventory audits and end of month inventory counts reports outcome to Inventory Manager
• Maintain accurate inventory information.
• Plans weekly/daily space allocation for raw materials and finished goods.
• Understand Tite-Dri’s material and product naming structures.

Shipping, Transportation and Logistics

• Programs and overlooks all picking activities
• Responsible for activities and documentation on OUTBOUND LOADS.
• Responsible for activities and documentation on INBOUND LOADS.
• Meets on weekly basis with sales and customer service for outbound plan.

Warehouse Operations and Labor Coordination

• Coordinate overtime assignments and send weekly reports to HHRR
• Support and supervise warehouse staff.
• Maintain warehouse equipment and schedules preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Make sure all check lists are completed accordingly.
• Perform hands-on duties when required.
• Responsible for KPIs information for all staff under its responsibility

Systems and Documentation

• Uses QuickBooks for checking inventory.
• Uses Excel for reports.
• Maintains organized records.

QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements and Qualifications

• Follow all company policies.
• Experience with QuickBooks and MS Office.
• Bilingual: English/Spanish.
• Fast-paced warehouse experience.
• Forklift certification.
• Strong hands-on mentality.
