Warehouse Manager requires a seasoned professional who can effectively manage the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in material handling, forklift operation, shipping & receiving, delivery scheduling, cycle counting, order picking, loading & unloading. Job Details Responsibilities: Manage all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and safe storage of goods and handling of all warehouse materials. Oversee shipping and receiving processes, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of goods to customers. Manage delivery scheduling to optimize delivery times and reduce costs. Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy, and implement corrective measures as needed. Supervise order picking processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Oversee loading and unloading processes, ensuring safety standards are upheld and goods are handled properly. Train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff, fostering a team-oriented environment. Implement and uphold warehouse policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and sales, to optimize operations and meet business objectives. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse management role. Proven experience in material handling, forklift operation, shipping & receiving, delivery scheduling, cycle counting, order picking, loading & unloading. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement effective solutions. Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and procedures. Proficiency in warehouse management systems and software. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment. High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred. Certification in forklift operation is highly desirable.
