Job Title: Speech-Language Pathology Assistant Profession: Speech-Language Pathology Specialty: Communication Sciences and Disorders Duration: Full-Time Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 7.5 Experience: Bachelor’s degree in communication sciences and disorders or a related field License: Valid license as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant Certifications: None specified Must-Have: Strong communication, organization, and bilingual abilities (English/Spanish preferred) Description: Follow and execute treatment plans or Individual Education Plans (IEPs) designed by the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist. Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings without clinical interpretation. Document performance, gather data, and track ongoing progress toward goals. Assist with carry-over activities and communicate with multidisciplinary teams and parents. Prepare therapy materials, maintain clinical records, and manage equipment/devices under direction.
