What You'll Do
Deliver personalized massage experiences using modalities such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Sports Massage, and stretching techniques
Educate guests on the benefits of massage and self-care
Maintain treatment room standards and cleanliness
Create memorable experiences that keep guests coming back
What We're Looking For
Active North Carolina Massage Therapy License
Knowledge of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage
Passion for wellness and helping others
Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
Strong communication skills

Schedule Expectations
Boutique hours are 9:00 AM–9:00 PM, seven days a week. Therapists create schedules that work best for them, with availability for at least one evening shift and one weekend shift each week.
